So, What's New?

So, here's the latest update on what's goin on with me.

My IM career is dwindling down and we're headed to the playoffs in both softball and dodgeball. I'm thinking we might have a shot at the title in dodgeball. It should be fun. Unfortunately, my pulled (probably torn) hamstring is kind of hindering me but I'm doing my best to get through it. Yes this is a photo of the internal bleeding on the back of my leg.



3 weeks ago, Conor, Randy, Petros, Joanne, and Brina came up from LA and the Bay Area to visit. It was a great weekend hanging out with all of them and showing them how I live here in Eugene. I must say it was the best weekend I've had here in the Eug in my 2 yrs. There's nothing like hanging out with old friends.



Last weekend, Chris and Jen threw a festive party in honor of the Kentucky Derby. Although my horse didn't win me the money, it was a great time with good friends and great food.

This past Friday, my friend Jeanie and I hiked around Multnomah Falls at the Columbia River Gorge outside of Portland. Since my days are counting down, I want to make the most of my time here in Oregon since I dont know how long I'll be here. It was a gorgeous day and a breathtaking sight.

Well, that's pretty much it for now. 4 weeks left and then I'm really not sure yet. I am headed to Shanghai next week with a few of my professors and I'll hopefully get a chance to network a bit and get some leads on jobs.
